Our Terms And Conditions

 

We welcome you to our home

Once you have made your booking, you have entered into an agreement with us as follows

 

PRICE:  The price is for your accommodation and breakfast. Payment to be made by cash or cheque / bank transfer (payments by cheque must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival). Full payment for your stay must be paid before or on your arrival. Unfortunately we do not except credit/debit cards due to being a small bed & breakfast establishment

 

DEPOSIT:  To secure your booking a deposit of 25% of your total cost is required either by cheque or bank transfer, full payment must be made on or prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel your booking please contact us immediately, deposits are non refundable if you cancel within 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your arrival, otherwise any monies paid will be refunded. If we have to cancel your booking due to reasons beyond our control we will refund any monies paid

 

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:  Your room will be ready from 3pm unless otherwise arranged. please inform us if you plan to arrive after 8pm. Please vacate your room by 10.30am on day of your departure

 

NON PAYING GUESTS:  Only paying guests are permitted in our rooms, any non paying guests suspected or found in our rooms will be asked to leave immediately regardless of situation or time, as this breaks our terms and conditions of the paying guests whom may also be asked to leave

 

CONDITIONS OF STAY:  We have standard rules relating to matters of fire, health and safety and to ensure the comfort and well- being of our guests.  Unacceptable behaviour that causes a nuisance, disturbance or discomfort to other guests or house members will not be tolerated and your booking will be terminated immediately without refund

THE BUSINESS IS PRINCIPALLY A BED AND BREAKFAST FACILITY.  THERE ARE NO LODGERS. IT IS NOT EXPECTED THAT ROOMS ARE OCCUPIED ALL DAY LONG, AND HEATING ETC. IS NOT PROVIDED FOR THAT PURPOSE.

 

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES:  In the unlikely event you may cause any damage or breakages, we reserve the right to charge for these,  please inform us immediately

 

SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the premises at anytime

 

CHILDREN:  Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times by parents or adult carers 

 

PETS:  Pet are not allowed

 

ACCESS/MOBILITY: Being an old property might make access inside the house difficult for those with limited mobility

 

PARKING: We do not have private parking for guests, street parking is restricted during the day and unrestricted during the night. Please contact us for alternative parking inquirys

 

LIABILITY:  We do not except any responsability for damage, loss or injury to any guest or their possessions and vehicles
